In Dallas, TX
A lot of travels these days. The 2008 Target Setting Process has started and I am visiting offices all over; this week I am in Dallas! The food here is great, a lot of different restaurants. I went to P.F. Chang's China Bistro on Dallas Parkway and had some delicious four-star Chinese food. As starter I ordered steamed Shrimp Dumplings, spectacular! Then I had the Kung Pao Chicken, it is a straight forward, no fancy dish with fried chicken, chili peppers, peanuts and scallions but - wow! - it is great. I washed it all down with Shiner Bock, the beer most locals drink here. Niiiice!
Bill and I went to Razzoo's for lunch. Razzoo's serve Louisiana style food - hot and spicy cajun! We both had the Cajun Combo Skillet, it comes with Andouille sausage, shrimp etouffe, shrimp creole, red beans and vegetables. Hot! And very tasty.

Hoppade du över the great wall of chocolate på PF Changs? Jag och Towe pratar fortfarande om den efterrätten..=) Razzoo's var iofs en riktig höjdare det också... Det var minsann good times..=) På tal om Dallas, jag har en polare som var på semester i Texas för nån vecka sen, han la upp lite bilder på facebook och tro't eller ej, han hade lagt upp foton på south fork ranch! Jag garvade gott åt minnet och undrade om dom hälsade på vår polaren bonden.. Det visade sig dock att dom hade varit "puckat svenska" och betalt för "the big tour".. Vi kan enligt rapporten känna oss nöjda med vårt val att "planka" oss till några foton eftersom touren tydligen var "the biggest rip-off" han hade varit med om så det var uppenbarligen värt att riskera att få en kula i benet av den skjutglade bonden för att slippa betala..=)
Hahahaha! Tur vi inte betalade alltså! Stay cool / Ingemar
