Home style cooking in Texas

I am in Plano, TX at the moment, working. Every hard-working individual needs to eat so me and a couple of colleagues decided to go to have lunch at the Black-eyed Pea for some "home style cooking at its best" as the advertisment promised.

At this restaurant they serve food typically from the southern parts of the US. I ordered some grilled Cajun catfish with green beens, broccoli and rice. Very good. Everything is big in Texas, the food portions are no exceptions so I will take up my diet again next week...
