Shoveling snow

They say it is the worst winter in Sweden in 23 years; the snow keeps falling and home owners keep shoveling...

The authorities are overloaded and are prioritizing clearing streets over sidewalks so pedestrians quite often have a challenge to get to places! The subway keeps closing down and people are bussed between the stations instead. Latest news is that military might help in clearing railroad tracks from ice and snow.

But the kids love it, it is great for them to play in all this snow. I like it too actually. After so many years abroad without snow I think a proper winter is great! Ask me again next year though.

Two snow-monsters in the backyard...

Shoveled!

Nice with some sun on an aching back after shoveling the parking lot

The shovel master needs a bigger shovel but the stores are all out!
