BBQ at Riddersvik

The autumn is here with gloomy skies, rain and cold winds. What better way to fight the dull outdoor condition than with a hot barbeque?! We went to Riddersvik and hiked deep into the dense forrest. Well... We walked about five minutes from the parking lot at least. Silvao wanted to set up a tarp against the rain and struggled with that while the rest of us either worked on getting the fire started or ate candy while running in circles. The Franssons brought a very nice sausage (spicy), ordinary hotdogs and a marvellous Greek sallad with red onion, olives, feta cheese, tomatos and other goodies. I had been marinating pork chops that we throw onto the grill together with potatoes wrapped in tinfoil. For dessert we had grilled banana with melted chocolate. Very nice.
