Det var en gång...

...som var sandad!

The time is near...

And so I face the final curtain.
My friend, I’ll say it clear,
I’ll state my case, of which I’m certain...

Yep. My oddysee in the Caribbean and North Latin America for the last seven years is coming to an end. Or rather, it is getting extended to include all of the Americas! On March 10, 2006 we leave Panamá City for Sao Jose dos Campos in Brazil. In stead of working over time, under paid, getting stressed out, almost succumbing to pressure and then - success!!! - in Mid-Americas I will be working over time, under paid, getting stressed out, almost succumbing to pressure and then - success!!! - over the whole continent.

The past seven years have been good to me; I found my wife, became a proud father, made very many good friends, travelled to interesting places and learned how to scuba! I can only hope the coming seven years will be as good. Work wise it is going to be nice to change the responsibilities and activities, I am looking forward to be able to focus on high-level, relationship sales and not having to deal with a lot of the administrative stuff I do today. And it will be nice to travel all over, "from Point Barrow in northern Alaska to Ushuaia in southern Argentina".

...To think I did all that;
And may I say - not in a shy way,
No, oh no not me,
I did it my way...

Gabriela och Ingemar i solen i snön

Ingemar
