Ah, que bom. Faz tempo que tevemos um churrasco mas ontem obtemos Equilibrio no Universo:

1,1 kilo de Picanha
1,4 kilo de linguiça
10 pão Frances
400 gramos de vinagrete
2 bolsas de batata frita
24 garafas de cerveja
12 latas de Coca-Cola
6 latas de Guaraná
1 kilo (mais ou menos) de Creme de Papaya com licor de Cassis
...mais cantidades desconhecidas de whisky e ron consumidas!

Cenando en el Viejo San Juan, PR

Salimos para cenar en el Viejo San Juan el Jueves la semana pasada. Fuimos a un restaurante español ubicado en el Convento. Ahí servían tapas auténticas; Patatas Bravas, Chorizo del Diablo y Tortilla Española entre otras cosas. Muy sabroso!

Todas las calles en el Viejo San Juan tienen estos tijolos, son piedras que los conquistadores utilizaron en sus barcos para mantener el equilibrio. Antes de volver a España cambiaron los tijolos por oro y metales valiosos.

De regreso a San Juan

Esta semana estoy en Puerto Rico, he vuelto! El calor húmedo, los olores, los sabores tropicales, el tráfico caótico, el acento de Espanol fuerte; tantas impresiones que me dan flashbacks continuos! Aquí viví casi cinco años, una isla sorprendente e interesante. Estoy contento de haber vuelto a la Isla del Encanto.

Anniversary # 5

Silvia, today we are celebrating our fifth anniversary as a married couple. The last five years have been the absolutely best in my life; I married a wonderful girl, we had a beautiful daughter and now her little brother is soon among us. I am so grateful and happy that I met you that night in Rio. The contract we wrote in Paraty is still valid. Love you more.

In Washington DC

This week I am in Washington DC attending as sales planning meeting. Apart from very interesting discussions we also went on a city tour in a Hummer limousine (the "Limmer humo" as we called late at night) and then had a nice dinner at the Seqouia restaurant, located in Georgetwon, close to the Watergate building.

SPFC - Atlético PR

O Sabado foi com Flavio ao Morumbi para ver São Paulo FC jogando contra Atlético PR. A primera vez para mim, foi muito legal (e muito frio!). Acho que tinha ums 45,000 pessoas la (Nestlé estava fazendo publicidad e tinha comprado 29,000 entradas). Tinha ums 17 torcedores de Parana, jejeje! SPFC ganhou com 2-0 sem muito trabalho.

Summer vacation 2007

Another summer vacation has passed, this time faster than ever. How can four weeks fly by so fast? I am back at work, trying to understand why I can´t sleep until 10:30 AM every morning and play xbox until 4:30 AM any more.

We spent the holidays in Sweden this time. The weather was not the best but it was great to be back. Apart from visiting friends and family in Stockholm we went to Sköldinge to see my cousins, to Sälen, Mora and Orsa and to Mariefred.
